Senator Tolman: Casinos provide jobs and revenue
On Thursday, the Senate passed gaming legislation – with a 25-15 vote – authorizing three resort casinos in separate geographic locations of the state that could generate more than 0 million annually for the Commonwealth, and produce 15,000 full-time permanent jobs and up to 9,000 immediate construction jobs.
