Question by Chi Guy: It sounds odd but, crack became an epidemic due to the Reagan recession, why now is Meth the new epidemic?
Due to deficit spending, does high prices, poverty, and rising foreclosures lead to higher drug use?

Now this I won’t support you on…drug use is caused by weak minded people who can’t find anything constructive to do with their time. No excuses for it.
