How to Detox From Hard Drugs?

Question by francois: How to detox from hard drugs?
A healthy way of detoxing from meth. I had it once.
Well I’m not an addict I promise you this, I’m only concern of getting all this shit out of my blood organs and body. I had it slipped 3 weeks ago to find out 2 days ago by word of mouth. I have been questioning my health and myself, reading into all the damage I could’ve done if prolonged use but I was drugged. I’m not even sure if it was meth or this drug called “rocket fuel” a rave drug I’m trying to expel and get healthy asap. I’ve only started with concern with my health as Im not in shape and also eat alot of shitty foods. My diet lacks nutritien so Im worried that my body is slowly decaying and I won’t be able to recover. Reading about all the possible things that could be going wrong inside of me feels like it all is happening to me yesterday I suffered a panic attack for my first time on weed when I started to reminisce on the day on which I was high on that drug. Please do not demonize me for smoking weed but I do NOT do hard drugs I want

Lots and Lots of water.
The average adult should be getting 2 liters of water a day.
Since you are trying to bump your PH back to normal, drink more than that.
As much as you can, but not all at once, You will throw up if you do.
Drink lots of water and sleep.
That’s basically it, unless you want to go to your doc and explain you got your hands on a illegal drug.
