Ive being trying to understand but I keep on finding that it has something to do with the neurotransmitter Dopamine, and the reticular activating system. Can someone explain it to me…the web aint making it easy for me…..

It increases the amount of dopamine and noraperephren in the brain making you more alert and more able to deal with boring task
