My doctor prescribed me the lowest dose 0.25mg and advised me to take only ONLY as needed. Should I be fine from addiction?

well i have been going threw anxiety bad and have addictions problems my doc perscribed me xanax and i only take them when needed. they make me really sleepy and i dont like that .just dont take them longer then you need to , you should be fine
