Question by Alan C: How come my friend was charged with Conspiracy to manufacture Meth. when he was at the neighbors house when…?
the house next door was raided. He didn’t have any drugs or paraphanalia either. He was there to do some yard work when this all went down. Do you think his charge will stick? The search warrent clearly didn’t include the residence he was at. What should he do?

He’ll be alright tell him to go to all the court dates to fight it.
