DRUGS WITHDRAWL, HELPme to Understand My Friends State of Mind?

It is a withdrawl from cocaine and other beverages (liquor). The moods they experience are driving me nutz!!!!!! And it becomes intolerable. I dont understand this any one with ideas, opinions, or experience with this circumstance. can you help me, I dont understand the recovery and sobriety of this, whats their body going through and their mind????????
