I took an on site drug test and failed because it showed that I was positive for methamphetamine but all I have been taking is adipex and sudafed while I was sick just before.

Yeah it does they are both amphetamines so they are in the same class of drugs. Also sudafed can be used to “cook” crystal meth. I’m sure if you explained you were on medication it would be fine.
