Do Plasma Banks Test for Amphetamines, Such as Adderall?

Question by Blake: Do plasma banks test for amphetamines, such as Adderall?
A friend of mine takes Adderall without a prescription to study and wants to donate plasma. He does NOT however, want to test positive for amphetamines and face a possible felony. I know plasma banks test for opiates, but what about stimulants. Another thing its finals and he hasn’t slept more than a few hours in the last the days. Is this dangerous when donating.

As for if the plasma banks test for amphetamines it would depend on the bank that he is donating to. He would have to call and ask. When he calls and asks he can say something like “I am asking a question for a friend who was wanting to donate plasma…”.
