Question by [email protected]: After I open the ice cream carton it starts getting ice crystal in the ice cream. Is there any prevention?
I buy a gallon of blue bell ice cream

I don’t think there is a solution. When you open the ice cream the warm air causes moisture (already in the air) to be deposited on the cold ice cream and container. When you put it back in the freezer the moisture crystallizes and turns to ice. Think of what happens to your glasses when you come into the house when it is really cold outside.
