Should Court TV Be Allowed to “out” Alcoholics Anonymous?

Question by rabble rouser: Should Court TV be allowed to “out” Alcoholics Anonymous?
Many people have been sentenced to attend “anonymous” drug/alcohol recovery programs on national television.

It has been argued by some that it defeats the purpose of an anonymous 12 step program (which are not run by the courts, they are self run by the recovering members who do not wish to engage in any controversy).
