Harles convicted of minor in consumption
Lucas Cody Harles, 18, pleaded guilty Tuesday morning to the misdemeanor charge of possession/consumption of alcohol by a person under 21. It carries a maximum penalty of a $ 1,000 fine, 30 days in jail or both, plus a chemical dependency evaluation.
