Question by Rachel: Am I wrong for thinking that drug addicts are losers?
I think that people think do drugs like heroin or meth to “take the pain away” or to help cope with their problems are LOSERS. I’ve been through alot of crap growing up but you don’t see me smoking meth to help me with my problems.

For me, growing up was HELL. I went to a crappy middle & high school and was bullied severely physically and mentally and wasn’t even able to defend myself because I had extremely low self esteem and was a really skinny & short. I had guys that were over a foot taller than me punch me and try to beat me up and teachers never gave a ****. I used to cry myself to sleep every night and wanted to kill myself because I wanted to learn so badly but I couldn’t even go to school without someone alot bigger than me trying to beat me up for NO reason.

And if that wasn’t enough, when I came home from school, my dad would treat me like trash and call me names and be verbally abusive.

And you know what I did after high school? I go the **** over it and moved on and went to college! You didn’t see me shooting heroin to help me with my problems.

Theres no need to do drugs to cope with your problems when you can get counseling or therapy.
