relapse triggers are subjective to the individual user..what triggers you may not trigger me,etc..the most common trigger for everyone is associating with the people you use with,going around the same places you use in,etc. get a sponsor this will help you know what are your triggers..triggers in a word are like stressors that influence using the substance
