What Is the Justification for Not Allowing Sexually Active Teens to Get Checked for STD’s?

Question by Meatwad Gets The Honeys: What is the justification for not allowing sexually active teens to get checked for STD’s?
I know…

“Your” kid is special…
“Your” kid is a good little Christian, Jew, Muslim, etc.
“Your” kid would NEVER have sex…
“Your” kid would NEVER do drugs…
“Your” kid would NEVER do anything that might make Baby-Jesus cry or disappoint Nanna…

I understand that parents want to believe that their kid is different from all those bad influences… But that doesn’t change the reality of the situation…

With unplanned pregnancy rates at 73% for Black Americans, 59% (or 53%, I can’t remember off hand) for Lantinas in America, 29% for Whites, etc. how can anyone say it is “Bad” for kids that ARE HUMPING and not listening to “Adults” or “The Man” about Abstinence to have access to contraception without having to get Mommy and Daddy’s permission?

With NEW STD Transmission Rates highest in a) Homosexual Males (who most likely aren’t going to come out to mommy and daddy when they’re in High School) and b) “Women of Color”, why on earth would anyone deny them access to STD Screening without having to get Mommy and Daddy’s permission?

Teens come HERE, to Yahoo! Answers, to ask about getting their periods and why they’re itching “Down There” and that’s just NORMAL STUFF that has nothing to do with sex… So why do parents think that if they’re little angel thinks that she’s pregnant or that he has syphilis or gonorrhea that they’ll come home and have a heart felt talk about needing to go to the doctor?

ALL people are guaranteed the right to confidential medical care… And I’m pretty sure that in California, where the Planned Parenthood is going to open what is essentially a Drive-Through Clinic, anyone over the age of 14 can get contraception, STD Testing, and all other medical care without parental permission… So it isn’t like they’re breaking the law…

They’re trying to stop KIDS from getting knocked up and perpetuating the cycle of poverty since most kids that get knocked up end up STAYING in poverty because they can’t finish their education, end up in domestic violence situations, are drastically more likely to end up on AID, etc. etc. etc.

And that’s just the problems for the teens crapping out the kids… The stats on what happens to THOSE BABIES is nothing short of sickening… And the cost to the tax payer to care for these future adults because they’re far more likely to be mentally ill, physically ill, criminal, addicts, held back in school, etc. etc. etc.

Why can’t anyone see that the way to stop crime, abuse, poverty, and most of society’s ills is to put a Planned Parenthood in every high school and stop the cycle NOW so that in 15 years we’ll have far fewer unwanted pregnancies, criminals, and “Problems” to deal with?
p.s. No, they don’t have “Abortions” at these “Drive Through Clinics”. They’re there to do the simple tests, counseling, and education… It’s basically an OBGYN Station with councilors.
