The Father of My Child Did Not Show Up to Court and It Was His Motion?

Question by Krissie: the father of my child did not show up to court and it was his motion?
so i got pregnant on a one night stand and the father of my child found out i was 6 moths pregnant when i ran into him. He told me that he did not want to be involved. At that time i was on medicade and was forced to report him as the father. He showed up for the paternity test but did not show up for the child support court date. The courts granted me sole custody and he got granted resonable parenting time. well i have only received about 300 dollars in child support in over 3 years. 12/25/09 he tried to visit my daughter, I did not answer the door. He left a dollar general doll with a broken eye signed “B money”. So he decides to take me to court to get every other weekend with a day in between visits. I told the courts that i did not agree to the schedule. I was concerned with his offender profile. He has a cocaine charge and an felonius assult charge in 08. He also has a daughter one month older than mine who is adopted out. I also know nothing of the people he hangs out with or his family. Anyways i suggested supervised visits starting at an hour a week for six months. Court was scheduled for 4/30/10 and he did not show. So his motion was dismissed,i have not heard from him since feb 16 the first court date. How am i supposed to deal with a situation like this

Deal with it the best that you can. He might try something else to avoid paying child support.
