Medical Help Please…about to Go in for Surgery and Be Knocked Out?

ok so basically im a 20 yr old healthy or so i think guy here…im adotped so i dont know any of my medical history…i am not on any medication…i may or may not be hiv poz..i havent been tested in a while..but my biggest concern is that i have done cocaine and crystal meth in the past….i saw on tv a girl who was using cocaine go under surgery and she went into cardiac arrest….i havent used cocaine in a couple months..before that earlier last year around may i used it heavily…i tried crystla meth once….i need someones help…what should i do i cant tellm y mom i used drugs..but should i tell the anestisiast?? or what should i do…..cause i dont wana go into cardiac arrest..can i go into cardiac arrest even if i havnet used in a couple months??? i also had heart palpultations and irregular heart beats that i went to the doctors for..they told me not to worry about it..but it might have been from my cocaine abuse thanks anyone who has info on this
