Which Musician Do You Suspect Might Have Incurred Brain Damage From Years of Drug & Alcohol Abuse?

I have my suspicions about Phil Anselmo after seeing this interview from earlier this year.Although he may have been pretty stoned too.
He did have that near fatal OD in 1996 & hasn’t been the same since.
