My apartment is invested with bed bugs. It has been for over 45 days, it has been sprayed twice. I woke up this morning with them on my face. My roommates and i dont feel safe here. Our neighbors smoke “meth” filling our apartment up with fumes, out landlord said it isnt his problem. Our hot water doesnt always work. Our front door doesnt always close. The stove leaks gas. We have notified him of all these things and he says “he fixed” them but still the same. The bug thing is our main issue, we are forced to stay other places or drive far away to our parents houses. Our lease ends in a month and a half, but we want to leave now… Any Suggestions?
The problem with the neighbors is that they know it us that is calling…. they throw things at our cars, they yell at us. we have called the cops several times and nothing seems to be happening…

Sounds like you are in physical danger staying there! Even if you have to pay your rent through the end of the lease, give your written notice that you are moving and start finding a new place now! Stay with friends, family, whatever until August 1.
