Police: Area teens now using legal herbal incense to get high
SOUTH BEND — It’s beginning to show up in schools across the country as a new way for kids to get high. It’s known as K2, Spice or Mr. Smiley, and it’s a synthetic chemical that mimics the affects of marijuana. But, police say it can be much more dangerous, and it’s already here in our area.
