Louisville, Ky. (WHAS11) – A Louisville EMS driver is out of prison after five months of drug abuse treatment.   Tammy Brewer was released Monday on shock probation from a 10 year prison sentence.   She pleaded guilty to manslaughter, assault and wanton endangerment charges in February after drug tests showed she had methadone in her system when she crashed the ambulance she was driving in 2008 …
