In MTV’s True Life “I’m addicted to Crystal Meth”, cameras caught people smoking the stuff but aren’t arrested.

i guess you can get away with it long as you don’t get caught in the act. But you’d be surprised how many people in Authority do drugs lol…

that’s my theory…in some cases, police don’t really trip off of marijuana…they confiscate it; then smoke it when they get home…
