I got A phone call that My Ex-Husband was neglecting,emotionaly abusing, and hitting them(spanking and slapping their faces). They were not clean, The house had NO FOOD!! NO BEVREGES!! My son is 1 yr. old, and my daughter is only two yrs. old. I just got A divorce from him in October. He won custody. I don’t know what to do, I feel like the biggest piece of scum. I’m their mother, It is my job to protect them, I feel like I left my children in hell when I left him. I was under the impression that he was doing good, had A job, and was taking them to daycare. Can you imagine my surprise to find out today that He has been spending all his money on his drug habbits, and alchohol abuse. He is using drugs infront and around my children, Email me to see pics of my children, so you can see what angels they are…PLEASE HELP!! The reason He won custody is because he made more money than me, it had nothing to do with my being unable to care for my kids. I see them regularly, He always put on A show for me. I was under the impression they were happy, and being treated with care and assertive attention. Please don’t get the wrong idea, I had no idea this was taking place behind his closed doors. I am sober, I do not do drugs, I drink on rare occasions, always kept to A min. Thank you, I got some answers that really offended me, I just wanted to inform everyone that I wouldn’t have alowed this if I had only known about it…. Thanx

First of all why does he have custody? I would go and try to get custody, ask if someone in your family can take custody for now, so they are not with a stranger. You have to step up and be a mother now. Get your kids back.
