Gov. Bev Perdue visited Black Mountain Monday to celebrate the opening of the Black Mountain Women’s Susbtance Abuse Treatment Center. Among others in attendance were Rep. Bruce Goforth, Sen. Joe Sam Queen, and Black Mountain Mayor Carl Bartlett.
