Question by Chris: The meaning to “Girl with Golden Eyes”?
The “term” Girl with Golden Eyes is referringg to the Heroin as many people have answered to threads. What most people are leaving out is the fact that when he says “If I could get away from her” he is BEGGING to have the strength to get off the drug! He states take me in your arms like you did last night he is saying shoot me up again. This song is about him getting help for quiting and the dificulty of it. If there is anybody at all out there who thinks this is wrong and can prove it or just has a more plausable respnse please comment.
