Question by the818studios: Does Target stores in California let their employees use medical marijuana for serious reasons?
I was to apply for a job at Target but I just started treatment for my insomnia with medical marijuana. I know they test you before you become an employee and random tests whilst your employed. Can they turn me away even if I show them proof I am a medical Marijuana patient? Or if I get clean for the initial test can the fire me for medical marijuana during a random drug screening?

Your question will no doubt result in a legal issue being created. Target can do anything they wish. The question is, can you employ someone to argue this on your behalf should you be turned down, notwithstanding that your conduct is within state law.
