Fighting WorkSafe BC, Medical Cannabis to Blame for Head Injury Not 28ft fall..Pt 1

February 11 2007 I went to Wcat and they said to WorkSafe BC that I did sustain a permanent injury from my skull fracture , concussion and to determine my plateau date and permanent disability from my head injury.. WorkSafe BC feels that this is not the case and that I take regular large amount of medical cannabis and have a substance abuse problem and that is why I have a disturbance in my memory and concentration problems. It states that Mr Berfelo might have met criteria for this diagnosis but this is vastly complicated because I was intoxicated with alcohol….
