Question by Lisa: Can alcoholics and people that smoke continulously get a job these days?
Remember when people used to come to work everday drunk and drink all day at work and smoke ciggs
Rehab for drugs and alcohol is $ 120 an hr and alcoholics are using medicaid to pay this
If they cannot get a job b/c of this can they receive welfare?
These people back then had good paying JOBS also and were never FIRED
This was the 80s
They all worked indoors

It’s called construction. You work outdoors, and just about everyone constantly smokes. Also, it is not uncommon to see them drinking on the job as well.
