• Christopher Ayers, 21, of La Monte, was sentenced to four years in prison for possession of a precursor chemical after pleading guilty to the crime in June. Pettis County Sheriff’s Deputy Mark Morgan arrested Ayers on April 17 while investigating a suspected meth lab on McVey Road.
