Question by Bill Bratski: How do i get rid of the crack smoking, welfare recieving, ghetto slang talking, ghetto family across the stree?
seriously, they smoke crack, yell about sorts of profanities, and ruin the entire neighborhood. The sad part is, they own the home. How does the neighborhood get rid of these hood rats.
