On July 10 Cpl. Kendrick was dispatched to Oak Hill/ W. Terrace for a Burglary in Progress. The reportee called in and advised that she witnessed the suspect break into a neighbors shed. She observed the suspect leave the shed with a chain saw, gas can and a roll of wire.
