I’m struggling to cope with my life right now. I’ve split up with my husband over my daughter who is living on the other side of Birmingham from me with her boyfriend who we’ve found out is a drug dealer but we always knew he was a trouble maker and they live in this filthy grotty crime ridden tower block with rotten railings surrounded it plagued with graffiti and burn out cars and drug abuse with gangs of feril youths drug dealing drug taking breaking into cars shoplifting and indulging with local gangs, ive found out that my daughter Shakeera has been taking heroin inside her flat with her boyfriend and i can’t speak to her she wont listen to me and pushes me away i’ve had the police round her flat several times and every time i send the police round her boyfriend comes round mine threatening me and my husband and has put bricks through our window and fireworks through our letterbox and still our daughter doesn’t care about us and whats hes doing to her shes badly addicted it’s killing her and i think shes prostituing herself and my husband has left me over the troubles with Shakeera what can i do to get through to her? I really can’t cope right now it’s tearing me apart.

If she’s underage (under 18), legally you can get the police to drag her out of there and home, and all the boyfriend can do is bully you back, but nothing else.

If she’s over 18, unfortunately there’s not much you can do, and I am very sorry I can’t help you with any advice. However, if she is on the game, then hopefull she will be arrested and you can bail her out then, get her away from him and into a rehab programme.

Also, if you can move away from there altogether, do that.
