Dextromethorphan / Methamphetamine Why Does It Feel Like My Brain Is Melting?

Question by scott: dextromethorphan / methamphetamine why does it feel like my brain is melting?
ok. i’ve been combining dxm (like 100mgish) with dsoxyn (25mg), hoping that something something preventing vacuolization of dopamine receptors, reversing glutamate sigma agonist blah blah basically reducing tolerance.

unforrtunately, when i combine the two, i get hella dysphoric and tingly all up in my headspace and feel really bad later on in the day. apparently dxm reduces self administration of methamphetamine through some channel or whatever. my theory is that dxms mild DRI activity is messing with my meth, canceling out my meths awesome dopamine shit. in addition, dxm acts w/ serotonin in an ssri like way; whereas meth mildly releases serotonin. im assuming theyre either canceling out or im getting mild serotonin syndrome.

can anyone explain this phenomenom to me accurately? not like “oh brah ur dopamine receptors is fried liek bacon” because dopamine receptors cant fry like bacon in your head as theres no oil or anything.
