The biggest, I can think of are the dosages, and of course, the way meth is made.

Adderall is a legal form of amphetamine, so there, there really isn’t a difference. (Meaning, they are the same kind of drug.)

The real difference is, meth is made, in a lab, using various chemicals, such as pseduoephadrine and ephedrine, and others to make an extremely high dose of a very addictive drug, to obtain a high.

Meth is MUCH stronger than adderall, probably by about 10 times, depending on who makes it. Its also very addictive, and unpredictable because there are other various house hold chemicals, that can be found in meth. It is extremely toxic. Its also incredibly easy to OD on, and wind up dead.

Whereas, Adderall, is not only legal, but prescribed in a set dose, usually a fairly small dose. Of course, there are people who abuse it, so again, not much of a difference there. You would probably have to take 10 or so Adderall to get the same effect as meth. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS!

I would say that the side effects of meth, are much more severe. Which is true, as it happens much quicker, and are usually much more drastic. However, as with anything, if it is abused, there will be side effects. Even relatively safe prescriptions.

I hope that clarified some.

Good luck
