In Florida, What Would Happen to the Driver (Who Was Unaware) of a Passenger Who Was Found Possessing Cocaine?

Question by mdc: In Florida, what would happen to the driver (who was unaware) of a passenger who was found possessing cocaine?
I was wondering what would happen to the driver of a car whose passenger was in possession of cocaine. Let’s say a small ‘personal’ amount of cocaine. And let’s say that the driver was genuinely unaware of the fact that his passenger was in possession.
(This didn’t happen to me or anyone I know, I was just wondering.)

Get a lawyer and plead not guilty. Assure said lawyer that the driver had no clue and make sure he/she believes you. Let lawyer do the rest in the court of law.
