Question by f.ireworks: What’s the average jail sentence for meth use?
I’m wondering, not because I’m into any of that stuff, but because I’m writing a book and the MC’s brother does. He obviously gets sent to jail.

In the book, he’s 19 and it was his first time doing it/getting caught.

Any help would be appreciated!

depends on how much, if he was making it or just in possesion of it. probably 3years
