This video was taken when the arrestee (high on crystal meth) decided that her travel plans for the day included stealing the patrol jacket of an off-duty Guardian Angel. All the shouting is in afrikaans (repeatedly ‘ouch, ouch), and I am on top trying to give the cops directions to where we are.
