Question by terripinstn: How can I find assistance for newborn and 5 yr. old?
I recently graduated from a long term alcohol treatment facility. I am expecting a child in March and have a five year old. I would like my kids to have a nice Christmas but I will not start work in time. I need to find resources to assist us until I catch up. Could anyone direct me to an agency that could help short term?

Congrats on getting through the alcohol treatment first!! You can try local charities and local churches,Its getting late in the games so I wouldn’t waste any time doing this. Also check into Toy’s for Tots. You can also put an add out on craigslist.org for your area to see if a family would be willing to adopt your family for Christmas.
