Royce Illingworth expressed his regret, but was sentenced on second-degree assault charges Friday. CHEYENNE — A 33-year-old Cheyenne man was sentenced to 2 to 4 years in prison Friday for crawling into bed with a woman who mistook him for her boyfriend and fondling her last September.
