This has gone far too long. I’m 36 and have had a phone sex addiction for as long as I can remember. I use phone sex in my every day life. It has kept me up many nights. This has cost me money, jobs, meaningful relationships, friends and much more. I am depressed shortly after I masturbate but hours later I am looking for my fix. I spend hours on end looking for opportunities to get phone sex. I enjoy having sex but seem like I can never get enough. I constantly want more. As much as I love sex, I seem to lack true intimacy. I have never fully trusted a partner ever since I was 18. I am drawn to married women and have actually caused a divorce and ruined a marriage in 2 different situations. I hate myself for this and sometimes wonder if the world would be better off without me. I live with someone (whose marriage I actually destroyed) and have been here for 8 years. We use to be close but are no longer intimate. We are pretty much roommates. (Even though she wants more) I seem to ruin everything I touch. I have ventured to a few SAA meetings that are once a week but my addiction seems to actually get worse. I just feel so alone and I dont know what to do. Can anyone help me?
