how long can you go without texting?

I don’t usually text too much, but the last couple of weeks i’ve been texting so much with this guy i like. But for health we’re in the alchol and addiction unit so we have to give up something for a week like an adiction, so i chose texting and ugh so hard, i’m on my third day and haven’t texted yet, but this morning i got a text from that guy, which i’m happy he texted me and all, and i expected it, i didn’t get to tell him about me not texting for a week, i problably should but then he might have texted me more to tempt me to text him, lol. I REALLY want to text him, and i know it’s not that much of a big deal, its not like i fail the assigment if give in, but i just want to stay true to my word and have will power.
yea before i started texting with this guy(whom i’m kinda dating) i could go like for a couple of weeks without texting, but now i love to talk to him, and i’d call him, but if i get on the phone with him i know we’d be talking for over an hour and i have a research paper to work on so i don’t have time. Yea i still didn’t text though, lol. WILL POWER!!!
