Can WWE trust Jeff Hardy to be anything other than a transitional champion. Hardy has two strikes on the wellness policy. Hardy also missed TNA tapings because of a Chrystal Meth addiction. A meth head is a world of difference from a person on steriods. Can he be trusted? And remember Meth heads don’t quit, they just take breaks.
Quite a few wrestlers are on their second stike, but I think they can all be trusted more than Hardy…ie, Orton.
Didn’t Jeff have to drop the belt not too long ago because he failed a drug test? If you’re failing them as champion you must not have a lot respect for the belt.

I think he has proven himself he can be trusted as champion. Better question would be can he be believed as champion?
