Question by Pat P: I have to go to AA for outpatient rehab.?
I need to have the chairperson or whoever they call that sign my paper. How will the rehab know I didn’t sign a random name? Isn’t it annonymous?

The rehab people will know if you go or not by the things that you know. The rehab probably has an agreement with AA about who will sign your paper. Yes AA is anonymous but if a person wants to tell that they are members of AA they may. Most people are proud of being clean and sober.
