Average Length of Alcohol Rehab Stay?

Question by EMB: Average length of alcohol rehab stay?
My husband has been in an inpatient alcohol rehab for 25 days. I know he needs to be there as long as they recommend and believe me no one wants him to get better more than me. I just really miss him, our sons 1st birthday is on the 24th and I am also 4 months pregnant. I know where he is they can stay up to 90 days some even longer is they choose to. What is the average length of time. They said for my husband it would be 30-45. I had prepared myself for 30 and now that that is coming up I guess I may have to prepare for another 2 weeks.

>>>Congrats to him for the step in recovery!!!!! > I know that you miss him and being pregnant and a big B`Day on its way,,,it will be tuff,,,if they say 30-45 assume the worse (45) it may be a few days early or a few later,,,, I was in rehab and it takes the full amount of time needed,(mine was for pain pills)),, Its not worth early release if he will relapse,,you certainly don’t want him in there again,,,so the extra couple weeks or whatever amount of time it takes will be worth it>>>>Stay strong and before you know it he will be back in your arms again>>lol<<
