Okay, so my boyfriends roommate is literally INSANE, she’s like 40 years old and her name is Olive, she is the most immature, crazy, and mentally challenged people I have ever come into contact with. She is an aspiring porn star, but we didn’t know that of course when he first moved in.
He needed a place to stay so he rented a room from her apartment. There is another roommate staying there too, her name is Lindsay. Olive did not make my boyfriend sign any kind of lease, agreement, give a security deposit, or give any kind of signed document to prove he lived in the apartment. I guess the only proof is the rent he’s been paying.
She decided to evict him last week because we brought a couch into the apartment. I’m not kidding, that was the reason. She evicted him a week before his birthday, and Thanksgiving. It was a leather couch that previously belonged to his friend, we thoroughly cleaned the couch on the patio before coming inside. Me, my bf, and Lindsay had been cleaning the apartment for about an hour prior to bringing the couch in, so dust and stuff was getting everywhere.
Olive came out of her room and was freaking out, she said her asthma had been flaring up for the last hour, and it was the couches fault, we told her we just brought it in and she freaked out so much she called an ambulance on herself.
Now she is saying he tried to kill her, and she is constantly talking behind his back to Lindsay about how my boyfriend is stealing trash bags and other house hold supplies that she herself misplaces, my bf buys supplies himself and has no need to steal anything of hers.
She is now sending him about 10 to 20 threatening emails a day saying he better clean the apartment before he moves out, or she will go after him and take him to court. She says her ex boyfriend, a meth addict named Spyke, will testify against him.
He sent her only one email back saying he was just trying to live out his last few days in the apartment, and he would like her to try to act more respectful and mature, because he doesn’t want any confrontation. He is trying to move out as fast as possible. She replied by calling him a liar and a jackass, and sending more threats.
We HATE her so much, and are so tired of her shit. Is there anyway she can legally go after him since he didn’t sign anything? The apartment isn’t dirty or anything, I’m just scared she may try to do something insane, since she clearly is INSANE

Just get the hell out. Noting to worry about. If after he moves she continues contact go get a restraining order.
