Friend Who Is Entirely Suicidal?

Question by Lovely: friend who is entirely suicidal?
he cuts often, drinks vodka big time, and sometimes does drugs. He’s only 15. He envisions killing himself in the future by overdosing on “hardcore drugs” like crystal meth or by bleeding to death. I’ve done everything I could possibly do (even told him to call a hotline, but he wouldn’t). I really like to help people so naturally I’m getting frustrated. he might just not want the help. oh and he wants complete nothingness when he dies. can you help me help him? or just generally help me?
he already went to a therapist and it didn’t help and he went on prescription drugs for depression/bipolar…they didn’t work. and his parents are kooks and completely weird…he doesn’t talk to them about his probs and they’re oblivious. i mean he DOES still their alcohol from their own home.

You need to tell an adult so that they can get him some serious help
