Meth Question Help!!!?

My friends got the brilliant idea of smoking meth. I left to let them do their business. two days later (which is today) he called me frantically that he is secreting some crystal like substance. I didnt believe him but i met him and he is!!!!! i looked all over the internet but cannot find anything. He really is secreting something. and he says it burns.. its tears through the skin.. its icky looking.. so yeah what is wrong?
yeah i know its not smart AT ALL!!!! but he did it and now we are in this dilemma… i just want an explanation of the cause or a link or anything.
