Is There a Rehab Program for Released Stalkers?

Question by bc: Is there a rehab program for released stalkers?
A judge is mandating a rehab program before he releases a convicted non violent stalker. It is the responsibility of the family to find such a facility. Please help us.

All I know is being the victim of a stalker for 6 years, I had many talks to different people during this time about why a person stalks. It is usually a obsession/possession illness (this is from a criminologist friend of mine). The stalker starts to view the person intended as a possession with non human factors involved and then they get obsessed with the actual stalking of the victim, like “they NEED to know WHAT, WHY and WHERE” that person is ALL the time, and if that person defies them, then their stalking and irrational behaviour get worse. They have always had anti social behaviour, usually starting in their mid teens and their relationships are dysfunctional. They can get dangerous so please do not underestimate that, and it’s still violent behaviour as these people are perpetrator’s and scare the living hell out of the intended victim and their family and friends, so find a very good psychiatrists who specialises in criminal behaviours and obsessive behaviour.
