Doctor arrest on four counts of possession of a control substance
Dr. Felix Nabor Sabates, 50, of Houston, was arrested by Montgomery County Precinct 4 Constable Office Deputy Eli Rivera around 10:45 a.m. Friday on four counts of possession of a control substance. He was also charged with reckless driving and driving while intoxicated.
