Question by thanksbeezy!: Someone is puttings pics of my 6 y.o. on myspace!?
Okay so my daughter’s biological father has a new baby mama.
I have a restraining order against him.
My daughter has not seen him in almost three years and considers my finace (who has raised her) to be her daddy. Her biological is a meth addict with no home, no job, no source of income. He has not tried to contact my daughter for almost 3 years. He has legally abandoned her……

Anyway, the biological’s baby mama keeps posting pictures of my daughter on her myspace! I have contacted myspace and they deleted the pictures for me…but of course she put them back up!!!

I am so angry and dont know what my options are at this point….
But, is that not ILLEGAL!
She can not post pictures of my daughter on the internet without my permission, right?

I mean I am the SOLE PHYSICAL AND LEGAL GUARDIAN of my daughter, that is my decision to make right?

Someone please tell me what to do!

Like I said I have already contacted myspace about it again and hopefully they remove them and warn her
P.S.
If you are not a parent who as been through the hell that I have been through with these two useless people, dont ask why I care about the pictures so much….Just hope you never find out!

This person doesnt even know my child. She has literally spent a few days with her! She just does this stuff to piss me off and to make it seem like my daughter is still around them

Welcome to CyberHell. Get used to it. It’s no different than the vicious and vile spew that gets posted on this website daily. There is nothing anyone can do about it short of limiting free speech which would be a grave error.
